Nigel Daly MAC,MBCS,MAPM, the founding Director, has worked extensively as a senior change manager within Financial Services, leading large teams, and successfully delivering powerful results before establishing his own company to help others do the same. He has validated his valuable experience by obtaining full professional membership status wthin both the leading change management body the Association of Project Management and the prestigious British Computer Society.
He is a professionally trained and qualified corporate coach, with substantial experience coaching senior executives and managers, on a one to one basis and across leadership teams. He believes the power of coaching is in creating change momentum by firstly focusing on clear and compelling goals, and then helping people discover the rich resources within themselves to reach and exceed their goals.
He is accredited as an NLP Practitioner, in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (both Step 1 and Step 2) and the Strength Deployment Inventory, psychometric tools used extensively in developing self awareness and awareness of others. He has seen step change results with coaching clients, and is passionate about the power of one-to-one coaching to stretch performance. He is a full professional member of the Association for Coaching, as well as being an Affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
His values had led the company to supplement its corporate work with work within the not-for-profit sector, especially those involved in international development, providing access to the same high quality services at discounted costs.
As part of his development and to ensure his input to others has continuing depth, he has gained a Masters in Global Leadership at Redcliffe College, Gloucester.
